eConsults received by the practice are triaged to an appropriate healthcare professional or you will be asked to call for an appointment.
We do not accept appointment requests via eConsult.
Your eConsult could be sent to a cross organisational team whose hours are outside of our practice opening times.
Submitting an eConsult doesn’t mean you will receive a call from a GP. If your eConsult is sent to a GP, you will most likely be responded to via text or eConsult message.
If you query involves a 2-way dialog with a GP with you most likely be asked to call for an on the day routine GP telephone appointment.
Administrative eConsult are handled by the secretaries/admin team.
